Individual Counseling
Individual therapy is a collaborative, relational process that develops between you and a therapist. The goals of therapy are identified within this therapeutic relationship, and set the therapeutic framework to overcome obstacles to your well-being. The individual therapeutic journey is unique to you and your specific needs for healing. Please take a look at our Healthy Mind therapists to see who may best meet your therapeutic needs.
Couples Therapy & Marriage Counseling
If you are having interpersonal challenges with your significant other, a couple’s therapist or marriage counselor can provide you the opportunity to discuss and resolve many aspects of your relationship. Often times, couples need guidance through difficult decisions and conversations to improve communication and boundaries, or reduce stress, and heal the relationship. A Healthy Mind therapist will work with you to identify stuck points in the relationship, help you better understand one another, and equip you with skills to navigate through life.
Family Counseling
Family Counseling can help the parent-child or sibling system, remarried families, and/or members of an extended family system learn to communicate, navigate through conflict, and reduce stressors. A Healthy Mind therapist works with the family system through an attachment-based framework, to help understand the perspective of each member with compassion and identify how to live a more peaceful life together.
