Leah Laramie, PLPC

Hi, I’m Leah Laramie. If these feel familiar to you, you’re in the right place:

  • You are a new parent or thinking about parenthood and want to break the cycles you grew up with

  • You can't stop overthinking every text you send or you're keeping it together at work and falling apart at home

  • You’re tallying up everything you ate for the day and feel stuck and hopeless

  • Seeing a picture of yourself makes you spiral

I’m here to partner with you to find healing with warmth, curiosity, and deep respect for your unique story. I specialize in supporting individuals navigating eating disorders, negative body image, and the complex relationship many of us have with food and our bodies. I also work closely with those experiencing the emotional ups and downs of pregnancy, postpartum, and infertility.

My therapeutic style is grounded in compassion-focused approaches and parts work, including Internal Family Systems (IFS). I believe we all carry many parts within us—some that protect, some that hurt, and some that just want to be seen—and together, we can gently explore and support these parts with kindness and understanding.

Whether you're hoping to feel more at peace in your body, make sense of your emotions, or reconnect with yourself during a major life transition, I’m here to walk with you every step of the way.
