Hi, I’m Lauren—a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker who works with adults 18 and older, with a special focus on older adults. Whether you’re navigating life transitions, coping with grief and loss, processing trauma, or working through depression, anxiety, or relationship challenges, I’m here to walk alongside you with care, compassion, and curiosity. I’ve been providing therapy for the last five years, supporting clients as they navigate life’s ups and downs.
I strive to create a space where you feel safe, seen, and heard—where your story matters. I deeply value the wisdom, experience, and heart each person brings to therapy, and I approach our work together with deep respect.
My style is warm, collaborative, and tailored to your unique needs. I draw from a variety of evidence-based practices, including Person-Centered Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy, and Solution-Focused Therapy. I also incorporate attachment theory, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Interpersonal Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and trauma-informed care. This integrative approach allows me to meet you where you are and help you move toward where you want to be.
My goal is to empower you to navigate life’s challenges with resilience and dignity, and to support your growth in a way that feels authentic and meaningful.
I offer initial consultations to discuss how we may work well together and to identify if I am the best fit for you.
