Hello, my name is Nicole Cooper. I have always had a passion for mental health and helping others navigate roadblocks. I enjoy holding a safe space while supporting others on their journey toward general wellbeing. I follow a holistic approach to mental healthcare and place emphasis on total wellness. In my work I utilize evidence-based techniques to support concerns such as anxiety, eating disorders, trauma, OCD, depression, general stress, and relationship issues.

Sessions are personalized to the individual and I find great significance in developing a strong foundation as we outline goals and work towards sustainable change.
