I am a Provisionally Licensed Professional Counselor dedicated to helping clients navigate challenges, build on their strengths, and create meaningful change. My approach is integrative and tailored to each client's unique needs, drawing from Person-Centered Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Multicultural Therapy, Feminist Therapy, Existential Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Solution-Focused Therapy. I help clients gain insight, strengthen coping skills, and work toward lasting growth.
I work with adults, college students, teens, and older adults navigating challenges related to anxiety, depression, life transitions, burnout, relationships, self-esteem, emotional regulation, ADHD and neurodivergence, grief, substance use, trauma, and other personal or societal stressors. I am also committed to supporting individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds and historically marginalized communities, including BIPOC individuals, members of the LGBTQIA+ community, individuals with disabilities, immigrants and refugees, and those facing socioeconomic barriers.
I believe that each person is the expert of their own life. My role is to provide a supportive, collaborative space where clients feel comfortable exploring their experiences, identifying their goals, and developing the tools and skills they need. With compassion, guidance, and encouragement, I support clients in remaining accountable to the goals they set and the changes they wish to make.
I strive to create an affirming and culturally responsive environment where all identities, values, and lived experiences are respected. Whether you are facing a specific challenge or seeking personal growth, I am committed to supporting you throughout your journey.
