Hello, my name is Keri Davis. People spend so much of their lives trying to be who others expect them to be—or who we imagine we should be. But when we set aside those expectations, we’re left with a powerful question: Who are you, really? And who can you become?
As a Marriage and Family Therapist, I help couples, families, and individuals peel back the layers of identity, pain, and performance to reconnect with the excellence of their true selves. I meet clients exactly where they are and walk alongside them in their journey toward mental wellness, offering a safe, affirming space to explore, heal, and grow. My work is grounded in a client-centered and family systems approach that honors each person’s unique story while fostering deeper connection—to self, to loved ones, and to the world around them. I support couples in all phases of their relationship, including premarital counseling, discernment/divorce, parenting, infidelity, and sex/intimacy. I also work with traditional and blended families, and individuals navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, boundaries, and communication challenges.
I am Gottman Level 2 certified and integrate a variety of gold-standard therapeutic modalities into my practice, including Internal Family Systems (IFS), Structural Therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), feminist theory, and more. This eclectic, evidence-based foundation allows me to tailor each session to the unique needs and strengths of my clients.
Whether I’m designing creative tools to support emotional development or helping clients build routines that reflect their values, my goal is always the same: to help people live with more clarity, confidence, and compassion.
It would be my pleasure to join you as you strive for your own excellence in action.
