Hello, I’m Jeanne Sanchez, a therapist specializing in reproductive mental health and life transitions. I support individuals navigating fertility challenges, pregnancy, postpartum, and the uncertainty of becoming a parent. My work also extends to those exploring identity, career changes, and the shifting roles that come with new seasons of life, as well as those healing from complex trauma (CPTSD), struggling with low self-esteem, and working through disordered eating habits.

Before becoming a therapist, I worked as a bridge engineer—a role that shaped my style to be thoughtful, precise, and deeply curious. I aim to be collaborative, grounding, and gently inquisitive, and I especially enjoy working with analytic and reflective thinkers who want to reconnect with their intuition and cultivate a stronger mind-body connection. I am trained in Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapy and have advanced training in perinatal mental health. I also draw from mindfulness, attachment-based, and person-centered practices.

In our sessions, you can expect a supportive, non-judgmental space to pause, reflect, and reconnect with yourself. Together, we’ll explore your inner landscape, build self-compassion, and strengthen the parts of you that long for balance and wholeness. My hope is that you leave therapy with more clarity, confidence, and a deeper sense of connection—to yourself, your loved ones, and your life.
Thanks so much,
Jeanne
