“To become what we can be, we must first be who we are.”

This belief guides the way I approach therapy. I see counseling as a space to truly know yourself—to explore your story, your struggles, and your strengths—so you can grow into the person you want to be. My goal is to provide a safe and supportive environment where you can reflect, heal, and discover new ways of navigating life’s challenges.

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with over a decade of experience working with teens, adults, and families. My career has been dedicated to helping adolescents and their loved ones overcome challenges, as well as to clients experiencing trauma, substance use disorders, and co-occurring mental health concerns. I’ve spent years supporting teens, adults, and families in outpatient, intensive outpatient, and partial hospitalization settings, walking alongside them as they build skills, process challenging emotions, and find hope in difficult times.

My therapeutic approach is integrative and individualized—I frequently draw from narrative therapy, motivational interviewing, family systems work, cognitive behavioral therapy,  solution-focused strategies, and dialectical behavioral therapy-informed skills to meet each client where they are. I believe you already hold the strengths needed to create change, and I’m here to help you uncover and use those strengths to move toward healing and a more meaningful future.
