Hi, I’m Jeanne. I specialize in reproductive mental health, trauma, and the patterns that can make it hard to trust yourself. I often work with thoughtful, high-responsibility adults who are used to holding a lot together. Many of my clients find me during the reproductive years, whether they are deciding if parenthood is right for them, trying to conceive, navigating infertility or pregnancy loss, moving through pregnancy or birth, adjusting to postpartum life, or finding their footing in parenthood. I also work with anxiety, perfectionism, ADHD, identity transitions, and patterns of self-criticism or over-responsibility.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and curious. I primarily practice Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapy and integrate attachment theory, mindfulness, and somatic awareness. I see therapy as a place to understand the patterns that developed for good reasons and reconnect with your own sense of clarity and self-trust.
Before becoming a therapist, I worked as a structural and bridge engineer. That background still shapes how I think: I’m naturally curious about patterns, how different pieces interact, and what becomes possible when we understand something instead of simply trying harder to change it.
I am an IFS Level 1 trained therapist and am Perinatal Mental Health Certified (PMH-C) through Postpartum Support International. I’ve also completed specialized training in reproductive mental health, including Inference-Based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (I-CBT) for OCD and intrusive thoughts
